Experienced line cook looking for a job without the late nights?

Norman’s Diner is looking for a reliable, experienced Line Cook to join our Kelowna kitchen team full-time.

We’re a busy breakfast and lunch restaurant, which means daytime shifts and no late nights. We’re looking for someone with at least one year of professional cooking experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Breakfast cooking experience is a big asset, but it isn’t required — we’re happy to teach an experienced cook the breakfast side of the job.

The Job

You’ll be working as part of a busy kitchen team preparing breakfast and lunch favourites, from eggs and bennies to burgers, sandwiches and classic diner dishes.

Our kitchen can move quickly, particularly during busy breakfast and brunch service, so you’ll need to be organized, efficient and able to maintain quality and consistency under pressure.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of professional line cook experience
- Breakfast cooking experience is a strong asset
- Reliable and punctual — especially for morning shifts
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen




- Robust organization and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to communicate and work well as part of a team
- Takes pride in putting out consistent, quality food

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
