Join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Education Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact security training programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of curriculum deployment, coordinate multidisciplinary teams of engineers and content creators, and ensure educational products meet strict quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. As a key driver of project success, you will utilize your technical background and management skills to streamline content workflows and foster strong relationships with enterprise clients. Your energetic approach will inspire teams and keep complex technical training initiatives moving forward with momentum.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using modern project management software like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Review and interpret technical specifications, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and course architecture to ensure accurate program delivery.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity subject matter experts, instructional designers, software engineers, and enterprise clients to align project objectives and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
- Utilize collaboration and documentation tools like Confluence, Slack, and Notion for document management, progress tracking, and cross-functional communication.
- Oversee the lifecycle of training module releases and virtual lab environments to ensure adherence to compliance standards, quality specifications,



and release timelines.
- Monitor program delivery progress through regular sprint reviews, schedule updates, and resource planning; adjust roadmaps proactively to stay on track.
- Manage vendor and tool procurement processes to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency across learning platforms.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity sectors, ideally managing educational or technical training products.
- Proficiency in Agile project management software such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, or MS Project.
- Ability to understand technical cybersecurity concepts, security frameworks, and software development lifecycles.
- Solid understanding of project budgeting techniques, resource allocation, and technical scope estimation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating cross-functional technical teams and liaising with enterprise client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance regulations (GDPR, SOC 2), and security protocols relevant to enterprise software and training platforms.

Pay: $112,600.00-$147,800.00 per year
