Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various construction and maintenance projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Perform caulking tasks to seal joints and openings.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for various materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to complete projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace.




- Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience using hand tools; familiarity with power tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry or maintenance person skills is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in construction.
