Job Overview

Position: Production Assistant
Approx. 25–40 hours/week

This is a hands-on position helping with the day-to-day production of custom apparel and orders.

Some of the job duties include:
- Cutting and preparing printed designs
- Sorting and organizing customer orders
- Pressing shirts and apparel
- Working with vinyl – cutting, weeding & applying
- Organizing and maintaining apparel stock
- Keeping the production/work area organized
- Helping with other day-to-day shop tasks as needed

The right person will be:

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good at following instructions and keeping track of multiple orders
- Willing to learn!

Experience with heat pressing, vinyl, custom apparel or similar work is definitely an asset, but not required — I’m happy to train the right person.

Starting wage: $18/hour

Sombra, Ontario

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
