Bright Edge Construction is looking for an experienced, dependable construction professional who can lead a team while actively working alongside them. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, keeping projects moving, and helping other workers improve.

We need someone who can work efficiently under pressure without sacrificing attention to detail. The successful applicant must be respectful, reliable, professional with clients, and able to communicate clearly with employees, subcontractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Work productively on-site while managing and directing other workers
- Train and teach less-experienced team members
- Plan daily tasks and keep projects progressing on schedule
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with management, workers, subcontractors, and clients
- Handle job-site challenges and pressure professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Represent the company respectfully when working in clients’ homes and on their properties
- Take responsibility for assigned work and follow projects through to completion

Required Qualifications

- Broad experience in multiple areas of residential construction
- Ability to lead, manage, and teach others while remaining productive
- Fast and efficient worker with solid attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, patient, and respectful when dealing with clients
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team




- Comfortable working under reasonable pressure and meeting deadlines
- Stable employment history, including at least seven years with one employer or company
- Able to provide strong references from previous employers
- Takes pride in completing work correctly and professionally

Ideal Experience

Experience in several of the following areas would be considered an asset:

- Framing and general carpentry
- Interior and exterior finishing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Flooring
- Doors, windows, and trim
- Cabinet and fixture installation
- Renovations and new construction
- Basic plumbing or electrical-related construction work
- Job-site supervision and project coordination
