Responsibilities (depending on service or sales specialized role):

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Agency partners.
- Operate within compliant practices that adhere with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred




- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and practices.
- Understanding of basic Finance concepts related to premiums, coverage limits, and risk management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and policy administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing (or eligibility to obtain) and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in personal or commercial lines insurance is an asset; proficiency with common insurance software systems is beneficial.
- OTL &/or LLQP preferred. (license preferred/must be able to obtain)

Compensation details:

- 40-70k Salary
- Employee Benefits
- 2-4 weeks holidays
- Bonus + Commission (based on licenses & specialized role)
