ServiceNow UI/UX Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Developer with hands-on experience designing and developing intuitive user experiences within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces, portals, forms, dashboards, and workspaces.
- Customize Service Portal, UI Builder, and Next Experience components.
- Develop responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
- Configure Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI components.
- Translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot UI issues and support testing and deployment.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience with solid UI/UX focus.




- Hands-on experience with Service Portal and/or UI Builder.
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow forms, widgets, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
- Experience with Next Experience, Workspaces, REST APIs, and WCAG.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education: Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field preferred.
