Are you a design thinker who can turn static concepts into captivating motion? Prep Doctors is looking for a versatile, high-energy Media Designer to join our marketing team at our Mississauga HQ.

We lead the industry in professional licensure training for internationally trained dentists, and we need a creative who can bridge the gap between technical education and up-to-date, thumb-stopping aesthetics.

If you can take a complex clinical concept and simplify it into a stunning infographic or a slick 15-second animation using the latest cloud-based tools, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do

Motion Graphics & Animation — 40%

You’ll use motion to breathe life into our brand on our social channels, creating animated assets, typography, and high-impact transitions for our video team.

Digital & Print Graphic Design — 50% + 10%

You will design high-conversion assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and some print materials. You’ll ensure our visual communication is sharp and professional.

Rapid Asset Creation

You will leverage quick, cloud-based marketing tools such as Canva, Stripo, Descript, Adobe Express, or Figma to iterate on designs, ensuring our brand stays reactive and relevant.

Visual Brand Storytelling

You’ll maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring every piece of content feels premium and cohesive.

Who You Are

You understand that a great design today is better than a perfect design next week. You thrive on quick turnarounds and iterative workflows.

You know how to take complex technical or theoretical information and turn it into a visual story that is easy to digest and beautiful to look at.

You are a master of agile, cloud-based design and motion tools that allow for rapid collaboration and deployment.





You ask questions, suggest better ways to visualize data, and collaborate across departments to ensure the end product leads to conversion.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics; portfolio or reel required
- High proficiency in cloud-based design platforms such as Figma, Canva, and similar tools
- Proven track record of creating high-performance social media content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Exceptional eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory for digital screens, both big and small
- Must be available to work on-site at our Mississauga HQ

Format: Live online webinar and Q&A;

The webinar will cover:

- The Canadian dental licensing pathway
- Common candidate mistakes
- Preparation planning
- Live Q&A;

Your Task

Create one visual concept and adapt it into the following two assets:

1. Static Social Media Design

Create one Instagram feed post promoting the webinar.

2. Animated Social Media Design

Turn the same concept into a short motion graphic.

Please Submit

- The final static design as a JPG or PNG
- The final animation as an MP4
- A shareable link to the editable design file in Figma, Canva, Adobe Express, or a similar cloud-based platform
- A short explanation of no more than 150 words covering:
- Your creative approach
- How you simplified the information
- Your typography and layout decisions
- How the design was adapted from static to motion
