We are looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. This is a Monday to Friday delivery position with consistent work and an immediate start available for qualified candidates.

You will pick up parcels from our Oakville location each morning and complete deliveries within assigned routes in Oakville and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pick up parcels from our Oakville location every morning at 6:00 AM
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages within assigned routes in Oakville and surrounding areas
- Follow all delivery procedures, company guidelines, and traffic laws
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Complete assigned routes accurately and on time
- Handle packages safely and responsibly
- Use a smartphone to navigate routes and update delivery information

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable vehicle: Minivan, Caravan, Cargo Van, or Sprinter
- Smartphone with an active data plan




- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 30 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Clean and safe driving record preferred

TRAINING

The first three days will include training to help you learn the delivery process, route procedures, and company requirements.

KEY INFORMATION

- This is a full-time Independent Contractor position
- Driver must provide their own vehicle
- Driver is responsible for fuel and all vehicle-related expenses
- After the three paid training days, the driver/contractor will receive 90% of the total invoice generated for their assigned route. This is expected to equal approximately $320–$360 per day, depending on the number of parcels successfully delivered.
- Earnings are based on the number of parcels successfully delivered
