About Us

503 Direct Mgmt operates as authorized representatives of Rogers, supporting customers throughout Sault Ste. Marie with their telecommunications needs. We're growing our team and looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to help customers get the most out of their service.

No experience necessary — we'll train you on our products, our systems, and how to deliver a great customer experience from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Meet with customers in person to review their current service and identify what fits their needs
- Answer questions about plans, billing, and account details clearly and patiently
- Help resolve concerns or issues customers raise about their existing service
- Walk customers through account changes, upgrades, or renewals
- Keep detailed and accurate records of each customer interaction
- Stay up to date on current offers so you can give customers accurate information
- Support team goals by maintaining a high standard of service on every visit




- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices

Who Thrives in This Role

- Strong listener who can explain things simply and clearly
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
- Organized and reliable, with positive follow-through on customer requests
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or account support is helpful but not required
