Staff accommodation is available in double rooms for full-time Sparkling Hill employees, working 40 hours per week.

Duties for this position will include:

- Setup bar with necessary ingredients before service begins.
- Pour wine and beer.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages.
- Provide consistent and high quality service at all times.
- Adhere to and assist in the development of recipes when requested.
- Maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits on the menu in order to answer questions and provide excellent service.
- Setup and takedown bar at banquets and functions with all necessary supplies.
- Provide bar service at banquets and functions.




- Stop serving guests alcohol after it is determined they have consumed too much.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Completed bartending course preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years in similar bartending position but willing to train the right candidate.
- Current Serving It Right Certificate.
- Knowledge of standard wines, beers, and drink recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Reliable transportation essential.
