- Prepare and cook a large quantity of grilled foods with precision and flair, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Handle food safely by following all hygiene standards, proper storage procedures, and sanitation protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill area, utensils, and workstations to uphold safety and hygiene standards




- Monitor cooking times and temperatures closely to ensure perfectly cooked dishes every time
- Support overall kitchen operations by collaborating with team members to meet service goals efficiently

Requirements

- Proven experience in grilling a large quantity of steaks per evening
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to grilling, including temperature control and timing
- Excellent attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Able to excel in a fast-paced workplace
