Job Description

Kasa Supply Ltd. is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse / Yard Worker to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse and yard operations while assisting customers as needed in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working with materials, equipment, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

- Greet walk-in customers professionally and direct them as needed
- Assist with product inquiries and order pickups
- Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages
- Coordinate with sales staff on special or custom orders
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and punctuality

Warehouse & Yard Operations

- Load and unload materials manually or using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
- Verify shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
- Maintain clean, organized,



and safe warehouse and yard areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination

Equipment & Safety

- Operate forklifts and yard equipment safely (certification an asset)
- Perform basic equipment checks and report issues
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies
- Wear required PPE and follow dress code guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Warehouse or construction supply experience is an asset
