MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

SMT Machine Operation

- Sets up and load software program for SMT printers, HSP, GSM machines according to product documentation and standards independently.
- Applies solder paste to screen printer according to standards and print PCB
- Loads SMT reels into feeders, makes proper adjustment and placement of rails and feeders.
- Check oven regularly to ensure correct temperature is set to avoid damages to PCB
- Inspects PCB for defects as they exit oven and record accordingly
- Sets up and operates SMT Machine by proper loading and unloading of feeders for various components.
- Checks and identifies parts shortage or non-conforming materials and replenish from warehouse
- May provide functional assistance to junior SMT Operators
- Makes limited decisions as detailed instructions are provided on all work, refers decisions or questions outside the scope of detailed documented routines and procedures to Lead Hand

SKILLS

- Secondary school completion or equivalent combination of education and minimum of 3 months related experience
- Basic knowledge in manufacturing system requirements including databases, specific software, programming and various machine/system operations




- Ability to manually assemble components and produce quality products in defined parameters and time constraints
- Ability to apply knowledge of the company’s business and customers as well as corporate policies and procedures
- Basic communication skills to deal effectively with management and employees in own and other departments engaging in routine exchanges of information
- Ability to operate manufacturing machinery/equipment (Screen Printer, HSP, Chip-shooter, GSM, Oven and calculator) and related tools/applications which includes prolonged repetitive motions requiring manual dexterity and precise hand/eye coordination
- Works on assignments and resolves problems that are moderately complex but routine in nature requiring minor analysis for solutions utilizing limited judgment

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
