Thai United Food Trading Ltd. is looking for an Order & Sales Administrator to join our team and focus on the growing market for Ethnic Food products. This is a temporary part-time position with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent full time employment, depending on business needs and individual performance. This segment represents a huge opportunity for Thai United, and we want someone eager to do the best work of their lives in a rapidly changing environment.

The Order & Sales Administrator maintains day-to-day administrative and customer service duties with Canada's largest retailers and most prominent brands. You will be responsible for sales order processing, product shipments, returns, and direct customer contact.

Specific Responsibilities

- Internal and customer contact person for service inquiries, including sales orders, inventory inquiries, shipping, and administrative requests.
- Tracking Inventory activities and product shipments.




- Backorder tracking and facilitation once inventory is received.
- Document and follow up on shipping errors and issues.
- Screening and answering inbound phone calls.
- Ability to assist multiple departments with administrative tasks.
- Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Works well under pressure in a team-based environment.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to guide and maintain various resource schedules.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Work independently and accomplish required tasks without supervision.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office products and Enterprise Resource Planning Tools.
- University degree preferred.
- Spoken Chinese and knowing EDI processes will be an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
