Duties

- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and equipment using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies and forklifts when necessary
- Use effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and inform customers about the moving process
- Assist with packing, wrapping, and securing items to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace in trucks, storage areas, and job sites
- Conduct thorough inspections of items before and after moves to ensure quality service




- Support warehouse activities including inventory management and equipment maintenance when needed

Experience

- Prior experience in moving or warehouse environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with moving equipment operation. e.g upright/4 wheel dolly, stretch wrap, furniture blanket...
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate tasks within a team and with customers
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy loads regularly

Bonuses
