Role Overview

As a Remote Sales and Benefits Advisor, you will work from home contacting the leads we provide, meeting with clients virtually, and presenting benefit programs that protect individuals and their families. Our ideal candidate embodies adaptability, trainability, and a strong desire for a long-lasting career. This is a full-time career where you choose when you work.

You'll Be Responsible For:

- Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual client meetings.
- Present benefit programs and enroll new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with the clients you serve.
- Work with your manager to set clear goals and follow through on them.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

Who Thrives Here

Required:

- Insurance license required – you must hold, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license.




- Primary residence in Canada or the United States (excluding Quebec, Yukon, and Puerto Rico).
- Laptop or computer.
- Basic computer skills.
- Robust verbal and written English communication skills (client-facing role).

- Effective communication skills – your ability to connect with others is crucial.
- Open to coaching and training – you must be willing to learn from your manager.
- Outgoing and friendly personality – a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn – a proactive attitude toward gaining knowledge and skills.

What You Can Expect

Compensation Structure:

- Competitive compensation with an outstanding commission and incentive framework.
- Average first-year earnings: $69,000 (commission + bonuses).
- Average second-year earnings: $128,000.
