Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a timely manner




- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Support meal preparation during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding sanitation, safety, and food safety protocols

Qualifications

- 3 years of experience minimum
- Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety and handling procedures
- Strong skills in cooking, food preparation, and meal assembly
- Excellent understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
