Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Osteopath to join our agile healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive osteopathic care aimed at improving patient mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting overall wellness. Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop tailored treatment strategies
- Perform manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and stretching to relieve pain and restore function
- Maintain detailed case management records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, physiotherapists, and medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient interactions and communicating with colleagues




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using Microsoft Outlook and Word processing tools to optimize patient flow

Experience

- Proven experience as an Osteopath or in a similar manual therapy role within a healthcare setting
- Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care or pediatrics environments
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency (including French) are advantageous for serving diverse patient populations
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, case management procedures, and patient care protocols
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook for documentation and communication purposes
- Experience working with pediatric patients or in specialized fields such as sports injuries or musculoskeletal disorders is preferred
- Excellent communication skills combined with mechanical knowledge related to human anatomy and physiology

Pay: From $67.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
