Our client, located in Kanata, is currently looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their growing team.

Required Skills and qualifications:

- 1+ year of experience in Quality Control/Assurance in electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with CCA and PCBA assembly standards (IPC-A-610 certification an asset)
- Post-secondary education in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (diploma or higher)
- Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to meet product requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

- Perform in-process inspections on PCBA assemblies to ensure quality and reliability
- Support AOI operations, processing, and validating boards to detect defects and irregularities
- Collaborate on the assessment and resolution of non-conforming products and materials
- Maintain detailed records and reports of inspection outcomes, performance metrics, and quality trends
- Liaise with Engineering and Management teams to identify and address quality issues, and propose process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization

Compensation & Scheduling

- Starting wage: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience
- Available schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
