Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable listings that meet client needs
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining transparency and professionalism
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through online platforms, social media, and local advertising channels
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documentation using administrative tools
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and understanding their unique preferences




- Stay informed about market trends, property values, legal regulations, and community developments to provide accurate advice

Skills

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and confidently
- Strong marketing abilities to attract potential buyers or tenants through creative campaigns and digital outreach
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Experience in property management or familiarity with property maintenance processes is a plus
- Proven administrative experience with organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client files efficiently
