Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies

aligned with business objectives.

- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels

including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), email marketing, SEO, and

display advertising.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA,

CTR, and conversion rate.

E-Commerce Management

- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (Booking.com, Expedia,

MEWS, Hotels.com or similar).

- Monitor pricing, promotions, and online marketing to maximize sales performance.
- Improve customer journey and conversion funnel through UX/UI and CRO (Google

Analytics 4 ) best practices.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM (HubSpot) systems.

- Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for management.
- Use data-driven decision making to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Content & SEO

- Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized digital content (product

descriptions, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns).

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.

Social Media & Brand Presence

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence in line with brand

guidelines.

- Plan content calendars and oversee paid and organic social campaigns.




- Monitor community engagement and respond to customer inquiries where required.

Market & Competitor Analysis

- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify current digital trends, tools, and growth opportunities in e-commerce and

online marketing.

Required Qualifications

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in marketing, e-commerce, online business management or related field.

Management or a related field.

- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and e-

commerce.

- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM, dashboards).

Technical Skills

- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- SEO & SEM tools
- E-commerce platforms (Booking.com,Expedia, MEWS, Hotels.com etc.)
- Email marketing platforms (HubSpot,Klaviyo,Mailchimp etc.)
- Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an asset

Starting date : 12 septembre 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
