What We’re Hiring For:

- Furnace Service Manager – Lead and oversee installations, scheduling, and customer service
- HVAC Technicians – Work on furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank installations and maintenance
- Apprentices & Journeymen – Gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a high-demand trade

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and schedule installations (Service Manager role)
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Respond to after-hours service calls as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

What You Bring:

- HVAC industry experience (varies by role)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Gas and air conditioning & refrigeration licenses (preferred)
