We are currently hiring Production Associates for a plastics manufacturing facility. The successful candidates will support daily production operations, handle materials, prepare products, and ensure production orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Previous experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is preferred, but candidates with general manufacturing or production experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
- Operate production equipment and machinery as trained.
- Prepare and organize materials required for production orders.
- Issue and move materials as required.
- Generate and apply product labels.
- Monitor production quantities and maintain accurate records.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues.
- Package and prepare finished products for transfer to the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.




- Plastics manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open availability and willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.

Assets

- Previous experience operating production machinery.
- Forklift license.
- Experience using SAP or other production/inventory systems.
- Experience with material handling or warehouse operations.

Schedule

- Full-time
- Rotating shifts
- Open availability required
- Candidates must be flexible to work different shifts based on production requirements.
