We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Web Hosting Support Agent to join our tech support team. In this role, you will be the frontline responder for clients experiencing issues with their web hosting services, ensuring swift resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your expertise in technical troubleshooting, network configurations, and operating systems will drive seamless website performance and reliability. Duties

- Provide expert technical support for web hosting services, including server configuration, domain management, and website troubleshooting
- Assist clients with issues related to operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Troubleshoot network-related problems including LAN, VPN connections, firewalls, and other computer networking components
- Communicate clearly with customers via help desk channels, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive support experienceRequirements

Qualifications and Skills





- Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles with a focus on web hosting or server management
- Level 2 or 3 Support
- 2 years experience with cPanel and WHM
- Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, Firewalls
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across various operating systems and hardware configurations
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple support tickets efficiently

Other Assets

- WordPress knowledge
- Knowledge of Mod Secuirty, PHP Applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, Cloudlinux, etc.
- Server Management
- Bash Scripting
- Experience with VPS (Xen, Proxmox)

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
