Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid third-party forklift license and hands-on experience operating a Swing Reach or Raymond Reach forklift.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse movement, put away, and order fulfillment.
- Complete shipping and receiving tasks, including manual handling and forklift-assisted movement of product.
- Pick, prepare, stage,



and verify product for outbound shipments.
- Support inventory control activities, including accurate product placement and stock organization.
- Perform quality assurance checks to help ensure orders meet required standards.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including lifting, organizing, and maintaining a clean work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent full-time employment.
- Day shift: $23.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Afternoon shift: $23.75 per hour, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
