Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and possess strong multitasking abilities. Prior experience with POS systems along with a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional customer service
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Restock bar supplies as needed and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours




- Uphold all food safety standards related to food handling and beverage service

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquets, or food service environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests
- Familiarity with food industry standards, catering setups, brewing processes, and hospitality best practices is a plus
