Senior Level Bookkeeper - Property Management

Our client is a privately owned group of companies with diversified assets in residential property management and investment portfolios in Canada and the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Level Bookkeeper to join their Vancouver (Kerrisdale) office and manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the owners, you will be the sole on‑site accounting professional responsible for all day‑to‑day financial operations.

Full‑cycle accounting for multiple companies including:

-Accounts payable and receivable

-Managing a small payroll including government remittances

-Multi‑currency bank reconciliations

-General ledger maintenance and journal entries

-Intercompany reconciliations

-Foreign exchange calculations

-GST remittances

-Year‑end support for external accountants

-Trust account management





-Reconciliation of various investment portfolios

Qualifications

-Post‑secondary accounting education with several years of full‑charge bookkeeping experience

-Multi‑entity and multi‑currency experience

-High level of accuracy, independence, and ownership of work

What’s Offered

-Salary -$75,000 - $80,000 per year
