Night Kitchen Deep Cleaner – Hume Hotel

The Hume Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Kitchen Deep Cleaner to help keep our busy kitchen clean, safe, and ready for the next day.

What You’ll Do

- Deep clean kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize food preparation and cooking areas
- Clean ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, and other kitchen equipment
- Clean and degrease overhead vents, hood areas, and hard-to-reach surfaces
- Remove grease and buildup from kitchen areas
- Complete nightly deep-cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Follow proper cleaning, food safety, and chemical handling procedures
- Work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical and hands-on work




- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is an asset
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
