Overview
We are seeking energetic and friendly Sandwich Artists/Cashiers to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating tasty sandwiches while delivering outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry skills, work in a dynamic team environment, and help ensure our guests leave satisfied every time.

Duties

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and making change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining food quality.




- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation or food service industry preferred.
- Strong cashiering skills with familiarity in POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
