Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene and compliance
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Ensure all food served meets presentation standards and is delivered promptly to guests




- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to uphold a positive, energetic work environment

Experience

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper meal preparation techniques
- Experience in cooking or kitchen roles within the food industry is highly valued
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting colleagues during service shifts

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
