We are seeking a Experienced Salesperson to join our busy dealership in Mississauga. The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver's license, strong sales skills, and a proven track record of successful sales experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years dealership sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong closer with ability to handle objections and finalize deals confidently
- Full knowledge of the end-to-end deal process (desking, financing, paperwork, delivery)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management
- Strong understanding of finance & leasing options
- Skilled in negotiation and upselling (F&I; products, warranties, add-ons)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and disciplined
- Qualified appearance and customer-first attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $65,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
