The impact you’ll make

As Co-Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, grow talent, and drive results. You coach selling behaviors, elevate visual standards, and turn insights into action so the team and the business thrive. You also ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all applicable employment legislation.

What you’ll do

- Support the Store Manager in creating a store environment focused on delivering exceptional, positive in-store customer experiences while demonstrating company selling behaviors.
- Assign Customer Sales Lead (CSL) segments and working shifts to the sales leadership team.
- Participate on the sales leadership team by coaching and developing associates to the Company’s selling behaviors.
- Manage and resolve customer relations issues quickly and effectively.
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure the store is fully staffed to Company guidelines.
- Support the full talent management lifecycle of Sales Associates, including assessment, training, retention, career development, succession planning, and recognition.
- Lead and delegate, as appropriate, the execution of all company initiatives.
- Promote and create a positive, inclusive, and equitable work environment, and effectively resolve associate relations issues. Support management of the payroll budget, target wage rate, and other controllable expenses.
- Support and execute the physical inventory process and implement store strategies to reduce shrink.
- Follow standard operating procedures, including damages, transfers, and all compliance-related items.




- Ensure compelling visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained, including identifying and executing sell-down and replenishment strategies.
- Ensure replenishment processes are efficient and the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors, and sizes represented in conjunction with executing the brand guide.
- Translate goals into simple action plans; analyze business results and adjust quickly to maximize sales and profitability.
- Support and reinforce all activities related to providing a safe working environment.
- Ensure housekeeping and maintenance standards are consistently met and the store remains safe, clean, and organized.
- Lead with professionalism and behaviors guided by the Company’s values.

What you bring

- Proven experience leading retail teams with a people-first, coaching mindset.
- Strong business acumen—you turn numbers into next steps.
- Clear communication, smart delegation, and rock-solid follow-through.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule (including evenings and weekends).
- Familiarity with retail systems such as HR Cloud, Zipline, and Workday is an asset.
