Job Summary
We are hiring an Order Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse processes. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution practices and the ability to operate various equipment safely.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate clamp trucks and forklifts to move products within the warehouse.
- Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in heavy lifting of products as needed, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating clamp trucks and forklifts; certification is a plus.
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, with physical stamina for standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
