Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting used & new tires, wheels and services that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable advice based on mechanical understanding and dealership experience to help customers make informed decisions.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to ensure parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.




- Keep the front counter area clean, organized, and welcoming to create a positive shopping environment.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with automotive sales processes.
- Mechanical experience or tire & wheel specific knowledge is helpful in understanding customer needs effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to upsell products or services while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately in a retail or automotive setting.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and basic mechanical concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
