Job Description:
K1 Speed, North America’s innovator in electric go-karting, is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who are excited to deliver outstanding customer service. Join us in creating a memorable experience for every guest!

Key Details:

- Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
- Schedule: evening and weekend shifts required

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare the track and karts before opening
- Instruct customers on proper kart usage, race flag signals, and racing safety
- Maintain an orderly and efficient flow of racers through the track
- Supervise ongoing races and enforce race policies and procedures
- Respond promptly to emergency situations
- Ensure pit and track areas are clean and safe at all times
- Perform facility cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management
- Complete closing duties, securing the pit and track for the next day’s operation
- Other duties as assigned by Management

Basic Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

Education and Experience:

- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in public speaking is considered an asset.

Skills and Abilities:

Reasoning Ability:





- Apply common sense to follow detailed but straightforward instructions
- Address simple problems using standardized solutions

Language Skills:

- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their inquiries

Mathematical Skills:

- Perform basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, and working with two-digit numbers

Work Setting:

- Work is primarily performed indoors, with some exposure to outdoor elements through building openings
- Moderate noise levels typical of an entertainment facility
