Join our agile team as a Payroll and HR Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in managing payroll processes and human resources functions with precision and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure accurate compensation, streamline HR operations, and support our organizational growth. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll administration, HR data management, contributing to a positive employee experience and operational excellence.

Duties

- Process payroll accurately and efficiently ensuring timely salary payments and deductions.
- Maintain and update employee records within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to payroll expenses, including reconciliation of accounts using accounting software
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits enrollment, attendance records, and leave management.
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct account reconciliations to verify accuracy of payroll transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.




- Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining accurate records of financial transactions related to payroll and HR operations.

Skills

- Proficiency with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian is essential for seamless processing.
- Proficiency in electronic time card processing of hourly employees
- Strong knowledge of accounting software or similar tools for financial management tasks.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms to manage employee data effectively.
- Experience in construction or special project/hourly employee an asset.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all records.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies quickly.
- Solid understanding of human resources processes including benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective communication abilities to support team collaboration.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
