In this position you will:

- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of bindery equipment to ensure precise finishing of printed products.
- Learn the fine art of printed media, working with technologies new and old to create a high-quality product our customers have grown to trust.
- Support the graphic design team by creating digital assets such as logos, marketing materials, and social media graphics using industry-standard software.
- Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to develop compelling visuals such as posters, business cards, and even larger print items such as banners and commercial signage.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of project files,



print specifications, and production schedules.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong interest in graphic design, digital media, and print production processes
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated creativity with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining attention to quality standards
- Eagerness to develop skills in UI design, motion graphics, logo creation, and digital marketing strategies is an asset, not a requirement.
