Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The Food Runner plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer interaction within a lively restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders before serving to guests
- Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining areas for recent guests
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding guest needs and order status
- Handle food with care,



adhering to proper food handling and safety standards

Skills

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas is a plus
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor
- Kitchen or hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding service flow and guest expectations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.60-$17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person
