What You'll Be Doing:

- Welcoming clients with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Providing an exceptional experience from the moment clients arrive through to the end of their visit.
- Managing appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and other front-desk responsibilities.
- Assisting clients with questions, bookings, payments, and product purchases.
- Creating a calm, polished, and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
- Supporting the salon and spa team to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Helping maintain the high level of service and attention to detail that our clients expect.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, salon, or spa environments is a strong asset.
- A friendly, professional personality with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
