Responsibilities

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the worksite
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools and materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the workspace tidy and safe
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required




- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues promptly to supervisors

Experience

- Previous experience in general labour or construction environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Comfortable following instructions carefully and adhering to safety guidelines
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures is an asset
