Ace Roc Metro is hiring a motivated Full-Time Client Account Associate to join our growing team supporting a leading telecommunications provider. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, learn about their connectivity needs, explain available service options, and help them find the right solutions. No previous experience is required

We are currently contracted with a major Canadian communications and media company, allowing our team to represent established telecommunications products and services. This is a full-time, fully in-person position where you’ll interact directly with customers in residential and retail environments.

Our team is provided with company-generated leads and designated sales opportunities, so you can focus on connecting with customers, presenting service options, and completing enrollments rather than having to find your own prospects.

Client Account Associate Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients in person as a Client Account Associate to present internet and wireless plan options and guide them through enrollment.
- Help clients feel confident in their choice by explaining how each plan supports streaming, remote work, gaming, and daily connectivity needs.
- Recommend the right service tier for each client's household or usage needs during in-person consultations.
- Keep client account details, enrollment paperwork, and service requests accurate and fully processed.




- Maintain strong client relationships through dependable follow-up and ongoing account support.
- Build account management skills daily through peer-led networking and best practice sharing during client visits.

Client Account Associate Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Growth-oriented mindset with openness to industry insights and ongoing learning.
- Solid relationship-building skills that create lasting client trust and loyalty.
- Genuine, client-first mindset focused on understanding what each client actually needs.
- Comfortable engaging face-to-face and building rapport quickly.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills that turn client concerns into positive outcomes.

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
