Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, and experience in fast-paced restaurant environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests, craft beverages, and contribute to a lively social atmosphere. The Bartender/Server will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while ensuring all food safety and food handling standards are met.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions.
- Ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol laws and company policies.
- Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring all items are properly stored and labeled.
- Assist in setting up the bar for service, including garnishing drinks and preparing ingredients ahead of time.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating effective time management skills.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially within the food industry or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and making accurate change.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to serve beverages responsibly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or age required by local laws) with a personable demeanor that fosters guest engagement. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine while providing memorable experiences for our guests.
- Smart Serve license (Preffered)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
