Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Morbeck Group Realty Inc. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator / Deal Administrator to support residential sale and lease transactions from accepted agreement through closing.

Responsibilities

- Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Agreements to Lease, amendments, waivers, schedules and supporting documents
- Track deposits, conditions, deadlines and closing dates
- Maintain complete transaction files
- Follow up on missing signatures and documents
- Coordinate with agents, lawyers and cooperating brokerages
- Assist with RECO/TRESA, FINTRAC and brokerage compliance requirements
- Support the Broker of Record with file reviews and audits

Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with Ontario real estate brokerage experience and knowledge of:

- OREA forms
- RECO / TRESA
- FINTRAC
- TRREB / MLS
- Authentisign or similar systems




- Residential sale and lease transactions

AI-Assisted Position

Morbeck Group will provide AI assistance, customized models, templates and automated workflows that will be incorporated into the day-to-day tasks of the position.

These tools will assist with document review, compliance checklists, deadline tracking, correspondence, file organization and transaction reporting.

The objective is to combine experienced human judgment with AI-assisted systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Training will be provided.

Work arrangement: Remote / virtual
Schedule: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
