We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Respond to WeChat, Instagram DM, and email inquiries
- Recommend products and assist customers with orders
- Process in-store, phone, and online orders
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Communicate customer feedback with the team

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
