Job Description
Aquatics AI is seeking a full time, year-round Pool Maintenance Technician. This is not a typical pool and spa maintenance role. We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual who is interested in developing skills in emerging technologies that are reshaping the commercial pool industry.
You will be assigned a portfolio of commercial facilities and will be responsible for maintaining them both physically and electronically, using modern tools, monitoring systems, and digital reporting platforms. This role offers long-term stability, growth, and hands-on exposure to innovative systems not commonly used in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on commercial swimming pools and spa facilities
- Test, balance, and document pool water chemistry in accordance with health regulations
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and controllers
- Identify issues, perform minor repairs,
and report larger repair needs
- Utilize digital tools and remote monitoring systems for reporting and diagnostics
- Maintain accurate electronic service records and reports
- Work independently across assigned facilities while meeting service standards and schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Pool & Spa maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Completion of post-secondary education in a technical field (preferred)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and digital reporting systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
