Salary / pay structure:

50/50 split (hourly range listed already reflects split)

Who We’re Looking For:

- Must be available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Weekends
- Entrepreneur mindset. Has at least 1 year RMT working experience (preferred). New graduates are welcome to apply if you have the desire to build clientele from scratch.
- Previous experience in sports rehab or willingness to learn
- Passion for fitness and movement
- You are licensed and in good standing with CMTO
- You are willing to take additional certifications to stay up-to-date with techniques
- You have valid liability/malpractice insurance




- You thrive on giving and receiving feedback and adjust your client care and performance accordingly
- You put your clients' needs first as demonstrated through behaviours such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients, and willingness to come early or stay late, etc.
- You are an advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Lead Therapist and fellow practitioners
- You are a team player and deeply care not only about your own growth, but ensuring the development of your entire clinic
- You contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as: willingness to mentor students, willingness to cover shifts, attendance at clinic events/outreaches/workshops/recharges, etc.
- You are a clear communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal (spoken).

We operate inside a gym space (separate) with various cardio and resistance training equipment. You may use this space for corrective exercises and demonstrations. Access to a furnished kitchen. Shower room available. Separate washrooms.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $45.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
