Forklift Operator – Crown Reach & Dock Stocker

Pay: $21.50 per hour

Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for our client’s warehouse facility in Brantford, Ontario. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused operators with strong experience operating Crown Reach and Dock Stocker equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely handling and moving products while supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Crown Reach and Dock Stocker forklifts
- Operate Walkie and Counterbalance forklifts as required
- Pick, move, stage, replenish, and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
- Assist with inventory checks, product verification, and stock organization
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs when required




- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating Crown Reach and Dock Stocker forklifts preferred
- Experience operating Walkie and Counterbalance forklifts
- Valid forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset
- RF scanner and WMS experience is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
- Adaptable availability for day, afternoon, and night shifts
