Job Summary

We are seeking an In-House Recruiter for a 3-month contract opportunity in Aurora, ON, supporting high-volume hiring within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced staffing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment for production, warehouse, general labour, and material handling roles.

The Recruiter will manage approximately 11 active openings, with most hiring focused on temporary staffing and some support for full-time permanent roles. You will be provided with your own workspace and computer, allowing you to stay organized and focused while managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

and recruit qualified candidates for high-volume temporary and permanent manufacturing roles.
- Review resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and identify strong matches for open positions.
- Conduct candidate pre-screens and interviews using both structured questions and natural follow-up conversation.
- Manage approximately 11 active openings, primarily for General Production and Material Handling roles.
- Build and maintain an organized candidate pipeline to support current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide a professional candidate experience.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $20.00
- Contract Length: Mid-September to November 30, with no extension.
- Start Date: September 15, 2026.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Aurora, ON.
- Work setup includes an onsite workspace and computer.
