Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Manage customer orders with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain balanced cash drawers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and ingredient handling
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to promote safety and hygiene
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations




- Uphold sanitation standards by cleaning equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly
- Manage time effectively to meet service goals during peak hours

Experience

- 1-2 years experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred;
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or kitchen operations will be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
